Renting your home or condo through VRBO, Home Away or Airbnb can increase both your number of rental nights and the amount of money you get to keep. But if you don’t have the time, the expertise or simply don’t want to deal with renting your property yourself, then find out how I can help you. Here’s what I can do for you:

  • Marketing: Includes creating your listing for your home or condo on VRBO, Home Away or Airbnb, taking photos/videos of your property for your listing and professional copywriting – all to build demand for your listing.
  • Guest Reservations: This takes all the burden off you. I handle all reservations, answering all questions prior to, during and/or after a guest visit. This can be a time-consuming task for a property owner. I also keep the rental calendar up to date if using more than one rental service.
  • Local Help for your Guests: As a longtime local and a current resident of Angel Fire, I can be there for your guests if problems arise (trouble getting into the key lock box for example).
  • Housekeeping Service: I set up the housekeeping service, manage the necessary housecleaning schedule and check to be sure that all cleaning has been done prior to new guests arriving. I will also do any housekeeping myself if a fast turnaround is necessary at the last minute and the normal housekeepers are unable to get to your property in time.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: I coordinate with local services for any necessary maintenance and repairs. I have two very reliable handy men who are very responsive.
  • Other Services: I can coordinate other services as necessary (delivery of wood for a fireplace, shoveling, etc.)
  • Help Your Guests Get the Most from their Stay: I’ll create a personalized binder for your home or condo that includes everything a guest needs to know about your property to make the most of their visit. It might include information on parking, trash disposal, how to work the TV or the propane fireplace, Wi-Fi info, where extra blankets can be found, etc. In addition, I will include things to do, restaurant info, etc.
  • I’m your go-to person for both you and your guests! And I won’t nickel and dime you on the small things. If a lightbulb or batteries need to be replaced, I just do it. No extra charge for you.
  • My fee is just 20% of rental income. Guests pay housekeeping fees.
